Justin Vierra is a Sacramento REALTOR® with GUIDE Real Estate and Principal of Vierra Group. A Sacramento native and East Sacramento resident, Justin has worked in Sacramento real estate since 2010 and has completed more than 440 sales.

His real estate background began with six years in Midtown property management, where he gained practical experience with older buildings, multifamily property, maintenance, tenants, and the realities behind property ownership. That experience continues to shape the way he evaluates homes and advises clients today.

Justin works primarily in East Sacramento, Land Park/Curtis Park, Midtown/Downtown, and West Sacramento. His approach centers on understanding the client’s goals, studying the property and current market, identifying the decisions that matter most, and making a clear recommendation.
